Why It's Too High: Wait, what? Curt freakin' Hawkins? The same guy who has lost pretty much every single match since the dawn of time, and a no-hoper who cannot buy a win on WWE TV. What is he doing here? Surely Hawkins, the subject teased in the last line of that intro, can't be overrated.

He is.

2K have missed a golden opportunity to make the man who has lost over 200 matches absolutely hopeless in the new game. We're not talking average or mediocre, we mean atrociously bad. As in, pick him and he'll fall over during Irish Whips or accidentally knock himself out with a steel chair kind of terrible.

64 might be the lowest rating in 2K19, but it's only four points worse off than Ariya Daivari. It should be in the 40s, just to keep the gag going.
