10. The Bloods Shooting
On the Halloween night of 1993, a group of teenagers were returning home from a night of trick-or-treating in Pasadena, California. The area was home to decades of gang violence, and while the teens were walking, a group of five Bloods jumped out from the bushes in front of the group. The gang members opened fire at the group of teens, killing three at the scene and seriously wounding three others. After investigations, police found that the shootings had taken place as revenge for a shooting against a Bloods member earlier that night, but the gang members had gotten the wrong people, resulting in the murder of three totally innocent teenagers.
