10 Players You’ve Never Heard Of Who Could Star At World Cup 2018

9. Saif-Eddine Khaoui (Tunisia)

England fans will want to keep an eye on this guy during the Three Lions' opening group game. Tunisia's Saîf-Eddine Khaoui is a Marseille midfielder who spent last season on loan at Troyes. The club was relegated, but Khaoui was unquestionably a bright spark in an otherwise dull season for the French minnows, scoring five league goals and chipping in with two assists as well.

The 23-year-old earned his first caps for Tunisia earlier this year and has done enough to claim a spot in the nation's World Cup squad. A keen dribbler with a good eye for a pass, Khaoui likes to take long shots and also happens to be a free kick specialist with a very strong left foot.

He's a solid all-round midfielder who always puts in a lot of effort and can be seen tracking back to help out defensively whenever his team loses the ball. If Tunisia are to have any chance of escaping from their group, which also features Belgium and Panama, Khaoui may have a big role to play.
