8 Biggest Body Transformations In UFC
4. Quinton Jackson
You only need to go back to 2014 to see the one time king of the Light Heavyweight decision Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson showing why he is a living legend at 205lb.
However since then, Jackson has been on a sharp rise through the weights. He took his Fabio Maldonado fight on less than 14 days notice and although the bout was originally scheduled for 205lb, both fighters agreed on a 215lb catchweight.
Jackson then came in at a 224lb when he faced Satoshi Ishii at Bellator 157. At the time, it was the heaviest Rampage had ever weighed in at but he still looked sharp and secured a split decision win.
Rampage came in his equal heaviest weight to date at Bellator 175 in a rematch against Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal. King Mo came in at a relatively light 212lb for their heavyweight match, and Rampage? 41 pounds heavier at 253lb. No you didn’t read that wrong, he was 41 POUNDS HEAVIER. Having lost his last two fights, it will be interesting to see what Rampage decides to do next… and at what weight he’ll do it.
