Samir Handanovic is Serie A's joint record holder for penalties saved in a single season with six. The Slovenian veteran has been Internazionale's man in goal for the past six years and is still one of the best stoppers around at 34.

Handanovic joined the Nerazzurri from Udinese in 2012, following loan spells with Treviso, Lazio and Rimini. He is now viewed as one of the most talented keepers of his generation and would still be an immense signing for the Blues if they do decide to go for him given the possibilities surrounding their own star gloveman.

The 6ft 4 in stopper is as acrobatic as they come and is one of only three foreign keepers to be named Serie A's Goalkeeper of the Year, an accolade he's won twice (2011, 2013). He's also the most capped stopper in Slovenia's history.

Inter are under no pressure to sell Handanovic as he's contracted to the club until 2021, but they could be convinced to do so if the right offer comes along.
