Man Utd Transfers: 5 Reasons Fergie Must Sign Robert Lewandowski

5 reasons why Sir Alex Ferguson must sign Robert Lewandowski.

Robert Lewandowski could be joining Manchester United in the New Year, plenty of eyebrows will have been raised. After all, United already have four strikers at the moment in the shape of Wayne Rooney, Javier Hernandez, Danny Welbeck and of course, Robin van Persie, who only just signed for the Red Devils last summer. One more striker then would be the last thing United need, you'd be forgiven for thinking, particularly when you consider their current strike force have managed an amazing 50 goals so far this season. There are also more obvious areas of this squad that are crying out for improvement. Defensively, United have been woeful so far this season. They have leaked 28 times so far - Premier League basement side QPR have only conceded 5 more than that. Then again... Maybe there is room for Robert Lewandowski in this side. All it takes is an injury here and there, a suspension or two, and all of a sudden you have a team that could end up looking a little bit stretched, and in a title race run-in, that could mean the difference between failure and glory. Here then are five reasons why Manchester United must sign Robert Lewandowski.
