Spurs Fans: Who Do You Want As The New Manager?

Arguably the hottest topic of football discussion in the English domestic game at the moment - particularly since the vacant Manchester United management position was filled by Louis van Gaal - is the ongoing saga at White Hart Lane regarding who will become the new Tottenham Hotspur manager. Tim Sherwood was relieved of his duty as Spurs boss on the 13th of May this year, after taking over from Andre Villas-Boas in December, and he guided the club to a disappointing sixth place finish in the Premier League despite having the best wins-to-games ratio of any Spurs boss in the modern era. Since his sacking, a list of potential candidates that includes the likes of Frank de Boer, Mauricio Pochettino, Carlo Ancelotti, Rafa Benitez and Roberto Martinez have been linked with the role. The new manager will be Spurs' eighth (including Clive Allen's brief stint as caretaker boss in 2007) since 2004 and this constant chopping and changing cannot be good for stability and continuity at the club. Therefore, the next manager has to be the right choice to finally get the club the success it yearns and, just as importantly, appease the fans. Essentially, Daniel Levy must deliver the goods this time. Most recently, it is Pochettino and de Boer who appear to be fighting it out for the role, if the press are to be believed, but WhatCulture.com want to know which of all the potential candidates the club's fans would like to see in charge. So, Spurs fans, who do you want to see in the vacant Tottenham Hotspur hot-seat? Let us know your thoughts in the comments area below!
