Wigan Athletic will likely be without Jean Beausejour for tonight's visit of Swnsea City to the DW Stadium. The midfielder injured his hamstring in the weekend win over Wesy Brom and is unlikely to feature. Maynor Figueroa is out for the season with a groin injury while Antolin Alcaraz is nearing match fitness following a hamstring injury. Swansea's Michu is likely to miss the rest of the season with a hamstring injury of his own. The Spaniard limped off with the injury during the goalless draw with Manchester City at the weekend.

Wigan have never beaten Swansea in the Premier League (D1 L2). The Latics last beat Swansea in the league in January 2001, a 2-0 second-tier victory at home.
