10 Family Guy Characters Who Are Completely Underused

Ten Quahog denizens who could use more screen time!

Family Guy is at a serious crossroads in its history. Having been surpassed by competitors, no longer able to entertain as it once did, and overtaken by The Simpsons, a show that for a while it bettered, Seth MacFarlane's show needs to either change, or call it a day. It will always be known as one of the greatest (possibly second greatest, though South Park deserves to be in the conversation) of the modern animated sitcoms, but it has been stagnant for a while. What could be done? Well, for starters, why not utilize some of the more underused characters on the show? Quahog has quite a large population of supporting characters, but aside from the Griffins, Peter's drinking buddies, and perhaps Adam West, few have ever been given a chance to shine. Tom Tucker had a turn as a father figure for Peter in the fifth season's Mother Tucker, and Mr. Weed was around for a bit when Peter worked at the toy factory, prior to being killed off. Who has has shone? With Peter's parent's dead, Lois' side of the Family having been mined for all their worth, and little character development for Cleveland, Quagmire, and Joe, it's time for some other characters to have their moment in the spotlight. So lets take a look at ten Family Guy characters who have been completely underused, and how the show might better employ them!
