10 Family Guy Characters Who Are Completely Underused

10. Tricia Takanawa

Asian reported Tricia Takanawa started life on Family Guy as a one-note racial stereotype sort of joke, something designed more to shock than to provoke actual laughs, but the circumstances she often found herself in led to more laughs than we had any right to expect, thanks to some solid writing, even for bit characters, in the early seasons of the show. Family Guy has developed her just a little since then - she has a boyfriend, for starters - but there's so much more that could be done with her. Considering the new co-anchor for Channel 4 hasn't really caught on, why not give her a go next to Tom Tucker? On a side note - ever notice how Takanawa seems like a bit of a take on Married... with Children's Miranda Veracruz de la Jolla Cardinal, the Mexican American reporter?
