10 Most Powerful Anime Characters Of All Time

6. Selesia Upitiria (Re: Creators)

One of the harshest sins of Amazon's approach to their anime library was that they released Re: Creators, a modern classic, and didn't tell anyone!

From this modern masterpiece came many things, but the one we're discussing today is the main heroine - Selesia Upitiria. The basic concept of the story is giving the Watchmen approach to the "fictional character comes into the real world" scenario they're currently giving to Sonic. And by "Watchmen treatment" we of course mean that the show declares that if this actually happened in real life, it would get ugly pretty much IMMEDIATELY.

Fortunately the side of good has a powerhouse like Selesia to turn the tide. Armed with a fire sword, the ability to fly, and of course, a giant super fighting robot, this light novel character come to life is a force to be reckoned with. If you're anything less than ANOTHER fictional character in this show, Selesia is more or less unstoppable.

And if those weapons aren't good enough? She can just get her writer (whom she treats like a deadbeat dad which is clever on so many levels but that's for another time) to come up with a new concept and run it by her fans. Since their presence in the real world is decided by presence in the social consciousness, if the fans love it, it doesn't matter what ability or weapon or whatever it is, she'll just suddenly have it.
