10 TV Characters We Have A Massive Crush On (But Really Shouldn't)

9. Charlie Kelly - It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia

Charlie isn't a "bad boy" in the James Dean sense of the word, but he is definitely an inappropriate crush. Charlie is probably the most likeable character on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. He clearly has a good heart, and is always willing to please. He had a hard time growing up, but this hasn't turned him into a psychopath (like Dennis) or desperate for attention (like Mac). A talented musician - and accomplished playwright! - Charlie clearly has hidden depths. He definitely has the strongest work ethic out of everybody on the show, and is the least devising and manipulative. That, and let's not forget that he is absolutely adorable. I mean, look at his little face! However, let's not also forget his shortcomings. Charlie is an alcoholic substance abuser who shares a filthy sofa-bed with a man who may or may not be his father. He spends a large amount of time sifting through sewers naked and killing rats which, for me personally at least, is a big deal-breaker. In addition to this, he harbors a bizarre obsession with The Waitress who has multiple restraining orders on him. Despite her obvious hatred of him, he is still convinced he loves her and goes as far as breaking into her house to fill her shampoo with vitamins and following her around to make sure her bike doesn't get stolen. But, I suppose, at least he's attentive?

Fan of Taylor Swift and the Dead Kennedys (a duet I can only dream of). I like dystopias, slasher films, and video games that make me feel things.
