Even though the final season of Game Of Thrones feels about a decade away from hitting screens, information is already hitting the web as the fanbase starts to stoke the hype fires already.

It's now getting closer to the point when the season starts actually shooting - with the promise that every one of the episodes will be a Season 9 style epic - and inevitably security is being pushed to the maximum to prevent any delicious spoilers from getting out.

But like dinosaurs changing sex in Jurassic Park to allow life to find a way, spoilers have a way of finding their way to fans, and that's the case today as the cast turned up in Belfast for a script read-through and rehearsals. And one of the cast who turned up has basically confirmed a theory about the end of Season 7.

A selection of photos of the cast has appeared on Twitter, with shots confirming the presence of the likes of Kit Harington, Emilia Clarke, John Bradley, Nikolaj Coster Waldau, Maisie Williams, Sophie Turner,, Iain Glen, Isaac Hempstead Wright, Jacob Anderson, Ben Crompton and Pilou Asbæk.

None of that is particularly spoilerish - though it's good to see Dolorous Edd back since he was worryingly isolated by the White Walkers' advance beyond the Wall - but the presence of ginger prince Kristofer Hivju defintiely is, as it confirms that Tormund Giantsbane - the greatest character in this entire !*$% show - is not dead.

The finale of season 7 left his fate pretty open (though fans did almost immediately predict that the tenacious Wildling had missed the collapsing Wall by feet), but him turning up to rehearse definitely seems to suggest he's just fine.

Now, if they just get him through the next six episodes safely, we can all sleep easily again.
