Stranger Things Season 2: Ranking Every Character From Worst To Best

5. Will Byers

Noah Schnapp was given the short-end of the stick in Season 1, with Will serving as the catalyst for the plot rather than actually being involved. He's given much more to do this time around, and it turns out Schnapp is brilliant in the role.

Will's right at the centre of the story here, as a tormented and then fully-possessed kid, and it's horribly captivating to watch. Whether he's out-of-place, distressed, struggling to fight off the monster, or more fully given into it, he's always engaging to watch, and it's expertly delivered by Schnapp.
