29. Indigo
A deadly prisoner from Fort Rozz, Indigo was a synthetic life form that also happened to be known as Brainiac-8 (yeah, she was that deadly).
Terrorising the residents of National City throughout Season 1, she attempted to destroy everything around her as she literally hacked into the city and caused havoc - messing with street lights and other power sources to cause accidents. And, after her initial defeat, she teamed with Non in the most uninspired pairing ever, before Supergirl and J'onn defeated them.
Though Laura Vandervoort was deliciously villainous in the role, the deadly character was hindered by the fact that she felt every bit like the machine that she was, because other than wanting revenge, there wasn't anything of substance there - she was just pure evil.
Fun, yes, but not exactly original.
