2. Curb Stomp
WWE's decision to ban Seth Rollins' trademark Curb Stomp in 2015 was an unpopular one, and it's become no more popular in the time since - particular with the 'Architect' continuing to practice his feeble-looking take on the Pedigree instead.
Like Orton's punt, the Curb Stomp isn't necessarily dangerous in and of itself, provided it is performed correctly (although there is arguably more scope for it to go wrong as it relies on both of those involved in its execution not fluffing their lines).
It just looks violent, though. It looks like it could kill you (and it definitely could, if legitimately executed on an actual curb), and it has an unfortunate and well-established link with neo-fascism. That's not the sort of image modern-day, socially-conscious WWE wants to give off, really.
