We're now two months into 2021, and it has already been a huge year for Impact Wrestling.

The Anthem-helmed promotion, has, in just under sixty days, crowned their first Knockouts Tag Team Champions since 2013, held the first Super X Cup tournament since 2017, brought in Matt Cardona, f.k.a Zack Ryder, along with returns from ODB and Shera, debuted a brand new match stipulation with the Triple Threat Revolver Match, created a new weekly show in the form of Before The Impact, and sanctioned the TNA World Heavyweight Championship as an official title.

Oh, and they've got working relationships going with All Elite Wrestling and New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Those alone have seen in-ring debuts from both Private Party and FinJuice, while Matt Hardy, Tony Khan, Tony Schiavone, members of Team Taz, and Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D, amongst others, make televised appearances. Impact are back in the minds of wrestling fans for all the right reasons.

But there are still another ten months to go. With these relationships on the go, along with the general improvement made to Impact under the Don Callis and Scott D'Amore regime, the entire landscape of Impact could very well change by 31 December, especially if this happens...

10. The Dark Order Recruit An Impact Performer

Prior to Negative One joining their ranks, The Dark Order hadn't seen a new member come into the fold since Anna Jay did so on 29 July.

This wasn't necessarily a bad thing, considering there were numerous new faces who joined during that period of time, but the time has come for a new in-ring member to join the group. An Impact wrestler, to be precise.

Of course, with the group now being babyfaces (and rightly so, following Mr. Brodie Lee's passing), their recruitment methods may be a tad different, but they'll still work. The Dark Order has been one of AEW's success stories because, through everything, they got over.

Of the Impact roster currently on offer, someone like Willie Mack would perfectly slot into the group. He's not done anything of note since dropping the X Division Championship to Chris Bey at Slammiversary, bar a few decent matches with Moose, and so is merely floundering around the mid-card.

'Chocolate Thunder' is a solid hand between the ropes and brings a stellar wrestling CV to the group. Both parties would benefit greatly from the acquisition, so much so that you can just picture Mack doing the signature Dark Order hand gesture on AEW programming.
