The reintroduction of the Knockouts Tag Team Championships came at just the right time for Impact Wrestling.
The division was regularly producing standout matches and promos, and the amount of knockouts duos on offer was extraordinary; Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz, Havok and Nevaeh, Deonna Purrazzo and Kimber Lee, Rosemary and Taya Valkyrie, Kylie Rae and Susie.
As it currently stands, Fire N Flava - the duo of Hogan and Steelz - are the reigning champions. Havok and Nevaeh are on the brink of going their separate ways, and Deonna has stepped aside to allow Susan - Su Yung's professional alter ego - to be the partner of 'The Crown Jewel'. Sure, you've got Jordynne Grace and Jazz now in the mix, but it's not enough.
That's where The Beautiful People fit in perfectly.
Obviously, it would be Angelina Love and Velvet Sky donning the name here, with Madison Rayne's recent retirement, but if you build the story correctly, you can easily bring the duo back. They're icons of the knockouts division and have both held the titles with separate partners.
Surprisingly, they never held the championships with each other. Although Love is currently signed to Ring of Honor, it seems only logical for the tandem to return to the Impact Zone at some point. A match vs. Kiera and Tasha would rule.
