Less than one day after he and Triple H collectively spilled blood at the Joe Louis Arena, 'The Nature Boy' went home to North Carolina, where he would turn himself in to law enforcement. The chewed-up forehead as a result of the Last Man Standing match made for an interesting mug shot.

Flair was alleged to have been involved in a 'road rage' incident in Charlotte, NC just days before the pay-per-view. Flair was charged with simple assault and battery, as well as injury to personal property, after allegedly grabbing another motorist by the neck, and kicking the door off of his vehicle.

The incident was made light of on WWE programming by Edge, during his subsequent feud with Flair. Edge played Flair in "found footage" of the incident, while future TNA star Robbie E played the alleged victim.
