10 Most Protected WWE Moves Ever
2. Razor's Edge
Scott Hal (Razor Ramon) was (is) a guy who understood the business, and when he arrived in the World Wrestling Federation in 1992 he brought a little bit of old school nous with him. One of the unwritten rules of professional wrestling way back when? Protect your finish. It seems logical, but in these days of everyone and anyone kicking out of everything it seems almost old-fashioned.
Razor Ramon's finish was a crucifix powerbomb known as the Razor's Edge, and as far as I can remember nobody kicked out of it during his tenure in the WWF. Sheamus used a variation of it known as the 'Irish Cross' for a while, and will surely pull it out again at some point in the future. Bad Luck Fale also uses a variation in New Japan Pro Wrestling called the 'Bad Luck Fall', a move which itself is pretty well protected.
Hall once commented that 'if it's not the finish, I'm not using my finish'. Sometimes two and two do make four.
