10 Oddest WCW Storylines Of All Time

The storylines that made us all scratch our heads in confusion...

Goldust Fire Much like WWE today, WCW had a lot of TV time to fill during the 1990s. While WCW didn€™t always have the overwhelming schedule that they had in the midst of the Monday Night Wars, the organisation had still been running for a very long time, and was constantly having to try and come up with engaging stories and ideas to either survive or flourish €“ depending on what year we are talking about. Some of these storylines were superb. Much has been written already about how the company stumbled into crafting the mythos of Goldberg in a way that couldn€™t be more perfect. And even more has been written about how the nWo changed the wrestling landscape forever. But what we are interested in here is the stuff that confused us, and left us scratching our heads. WCW had its fair share of odd storylines that no doubt were the result of poor planning, short term tunnel vision, and desperation. Surprisingly though, not all these stories come in the dark final days of the company before being shut down. They are constant throughout the entire history of the company. Equally surprising is the fact that not all these storylines are actually bad as such €“ they just don€™t make sense like they should, or are missing key elements that would make things logical. Regardless of how you feel about the following ten storylines, hopefully we can all agree that they weresome of the oddest ones to grace our screens.
