Over the past few weeks, the name CM Punk has been in the news more than any other athlete in either the UFC or the WWE. Arguably, Punk's transition from pro wrestling to MMA has become one of a the biggest stories of the year - but a lot of that story is still shrouded in mystery. Think about it: when a big free agent signs a deal in the off-season, perhaps moving teams, letting down fans in one city but energizing them in another, we know a lot of the details almost immediately: where that play is playing, how long the deal is for, what their role will me, how much money the deal is worth. Said player is usually paraded out for the media, dons the team Jersey, and talks about his hopes and aspirations for this time with the new club.
