4. Big E

WWE fans are more used to viewing Big E as a comedy goofball than anything else these days, such is the nature of The New Day's act. This wasn't always the case, and prior to the group's formation, E was booked like a dominant super athlete, particularly down in NXT. He'd dust his hands with weightlifter's chalk before every match, then demand referees make a five-count on his fallen opponent, just to demonstrate his supremacy.

Standing at just 5'11", E crams a lot of brute force into his compact frame. His moveset is extensively power-based, but his strength game extends way beyond the wrestling ring, and though it's rarely mentioned on television, E is a former champion powerlifter.

His bench press record is 575lbs, and he has also recorded squats of 711lbs and deadlifts of 799lbs in official competition. E finished first in the 125kg weight category at the USA Powerlighting Championships in 2010 and 2011, and broke all Florida state heavyweight lifting records during his time in college. The man's a monster, and when WWE asked their roster who the most impressive bench presser in the company was a few years ago, "Big E" was the unanimous answer.
