5. John Cena

A high ranking for 'The Face Who Runs The Place,' but it's more than warranted. John Cena has never been pushed as a power wrestler, but his strength is undeniable, and he has showcased it on multiple occasions.

Some of the biggest men to ever step through the ropes have tasted the Attitude Adjustment - a move requiring a great deal of power to execute. From Big Daddy V to Big Show, many of WWE's resident Goliaths have tasted the AA, but the most impressive example came at WrestleMania 25, when Cena lifted both Show and Edge. Sure, 'The Rated R Superstar' slipped off after a few seconds, but we're talking about a combined weight of over 700lbs.

Show has previously stated that Cena is the strongest wrestler he's ever worked with, and even more powerful than Brock Lesnar. This is anecdotal, of course, but 'The World's Largest Athlete' has been lifted by plenty of brutes in his time, and probably knows what he's talking about.

In terms of training, Cena has previously referred to bench pressing as "a worthless test of skill", but there's a video of him hitting 481lbs, and another of him performing 495lb squats with Cesaro.
