10 WWE Superstars Stephanie McMahon Has Emasculated

8. Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins spent the majority of 2014 ascending the ranks in World Wrestling Entertainment, becoming the top full-time heel in the industry, thriving as a member of The Authority. That year's Money in the Bank briefcase winner, it was only a matter of time before he cashed in and became WWE World Heavyweight champion. Though he benefited tremendously from his interactions with Triple H, Stephanie McMahon and the rest of the Authority more times than not, there were a few occasions in which engaging Stephanie in a backstage segment threatened to hurt everything that had been built up to that point. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ecHJf02lGN4 Rollins is a character whose passion and determination to the best, at any cost, fuels him so it makes sense when he gets frustrated when things do not go his way. At the same time, he has been dubbed "The Architect" because of his ability to think, to create opportunities and scenarios that benefit him. He is also a hell of an athlete who has beaten everyone from John Cena to Randy Orton and even nearly knocked off Brock Lesnar, proving his toughness. To have him dressed down in a backstage segment by Stephanie, who was unhappy with one of Rollins' failures, not only erases that toughness but further reminds the audience of how reliant on someone else he is to succeed. Yes, that is character development, but being put in his place like a petulant child or wild dog hurts his credibility and could one day be the difference between him being accepted as a main event talent on his own or not.
