10 Things We Learned From Jon Moxley's WWE Shoot On Talk Is Jericho

WWE's pooper scoopers, The Shield, cancer, shots in the ass and Vince McMahon crying...

Jon Moxley

Dean Ambrose is dead. Long live Jon Moxley.

That was one of the messages Moxley put across during his latest appearance on Chris Jericho's podcast. The pair, reunited in AEW, have talked publicly before, but their conversations were never as honest, open or blistering as this one. To put it mildly, Moxley is relieved to finally be free of WWE's system.

Throughout the chat (taped two days before Double Or Nothing), Jon talked everything from scripted promos and fighting WWE's creative formula to Vince McMahon's reactions when he said he was leaving and when he knew his time was up. Moxley also disclosed sensitive details about that awkward heel turn after Roman Reigns' cancer announcement, his resistance towards McMahon's plans and even revealed how much he made for working The Shield's Final Chapter.

Both Moxley and Chris Jericho speak freely these days when discussing WWE. It's refreshing, and it leaves one wondering how many others inside the company feel the same way they do. This, negativity and all, is a truly gripping pro wrestling podcast.

Here's everything we learned when Mox spoke from the heart about his decision to leave WWE behind...
