In the past, Trish Stratus has remarked that Lilian Garcia was always one of her best friends in the WWF/WWE. Pretty much as soon as Trish joined the company in the year 2000, she and Lilian started riding from town-to-town together, becoming good buddies in the process. Along the way, rumours were developed involving both women that must have been quite shocking for them. Several fans, and possibly some backstage, felt that Trish and Lilian were more than just good friends. For many years, there have been rumours of a lesbian relationship between the pair. This is something that they will either simply laugh off and move on, or be utterly horrified by the mere suggestion of. It's fair to imagine that Stratus and her ring announcing pal have spent a lot of time together on the road, and maybe even shared hotel rooms. This seems to be where the rumours have come from, although there is also talk online that the pair were seen kissing in the backstage area. It's also easy to picture a scenario whereby some fans are simply making these stories up, although it's still something WWE (and Lilian) would probably like to disappear.
