In others, the pendulum may still swing in the opposite direction. Vince McMahon is the stereotypical alpha-male and with the power that he has amassed since acquiring what would become WWE in 1982, the man is considered a god within the wrestling industry. A god because, he can make or break careers, even lives, and it's not often that he does not have the upper hand. Not often is not the same as never, however.
