SummerSlam is one of WWE's biggest Pay-Per-Views of the year. Traditionally, the event bridged the gap between WrestleMania and Survivor Series, before King Of The Ring was added to the line-up in 1993. Cheerfully, the event has always performed admirably on PPV, and the company regularly pull out big matches to try and make the show as grand as possible.
