10 Worst Champions Of The Best Titles In Wrestling

8. James Storm - TNA Heavyweight Championship

In all fairness to Storm, he is primarily a tag team wrestler. One wouldn't criticize Road Warrior Animal for having never won the WWE Heavyweight title. He's a tag guy. Arguably, Storm could be considered the greatest TNA tag wrestler since he has been a tag champ a record thirteen times with the company. That being said, we're talking about the top singles prize in TNA, which Storm held once, and only for eight days. On a 2011 episode of TNA Impact, Storm cleanly pinned then-champ Kurt Angle after a surprise superkick finish. Storm's "Beer Money" partner Bobby Roode immediately came into the ring join Storm in the beer-swilling celebration. A mere eight days later, Storm's good buddy Roode smashes a beer bottle over James' head, pins him for the title win, and James storm never touches TNA Heavyweight title gold again.
