Let's start off with a laugh.

In an interview with Fightful, indy promoter John Thorne disclosed details of a phone conversation he had with Scott Steiner about wrestling Swoggle for his AIW promotion. At first, Thorne text Steiner, but didn't get a response. When he finally did, 'Big Poppa Pump' wanted to talk man-to-man, and he had some interesting things to say.

Steiner wasn't sure about working Swoggle for one reason and one reason only: his size. If that seems obvious, it gets better. Scott was mindful of a segment he'd worked on WCW's Monday Nitro back in 1999-2000 that had him beating up little people and generally acting like a musclebound bully.

No, Steiner wasn't concerned that kicking lumps out of Swoggle would make him look bad, he just said he found it hard to "lift a midget up" these days. This is one of the more bizarre stories to come out this week. Thorne, for his part, didn't know how to respond.
