Chris Jericho and Gregory Hurricane Helms were arrested back in 2010 on charges of public intoxication after the two were reportedly brawling in a taxi. Police were called to the Shell station in Kentucky because Jericho and Helms had been fighting in a cab. Officers who attended the scene said both were extremely intoxicated. Helms allegedly struck two more people who were also in the cab with Jericho. They were a man named Gary Kelley and a female passenger named Ashley Storer. According to police, he was not arrested for the alleged attacks because the victims did not press charges.
