Barrett was arrested in Tampa, Florida and charged with battery of a law enforcement officer and obstructing or opposing an officer back in 2008. Wade was initially arrested following an incident with a female outside the Champs bar and restaurant at 02:00am but was released the next day. The story goes that Barrett was leaving the bar and had an altercation with a female he didnt know. When Barrett attempted to leave, someone came up to him and attempted to stop him from doing so. That person was a plain-clothes police officer, Barrett thought he was just a normal member of the public. He was a bit unlucky.
