These are some damn exciting times for indy wrestling fans.

The announcement that Cody and The Young Bucks would take up roles as wrestlers and executives in All Elite Wrestling (founded by Jacksonville Jaguars and Fulham FC co-owner Shahid Khan) has people buzzing. Could this be a genuine alternative to WWE in 2019? Perhaps, though only time will tell how competitive it is.

If nothing else, AEW will provide the kind of in-ring centric product fans have come to expect from companies like ROH or New Japan. Should the promotion prove successful beyond this year, then it could also become a viable substitute for wrestlers disillusioned by WWE life or hesitant about letting the McMahon family control their entire careers.

Names that have already been signed include veterans like Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian, as well as Scorpio Sky, Hangman Page and Britt Baker, and more are expected. What if some in WWE are amongst them?

Allow yourself to fantasise for a while, sit down with the WWE roster and join in the fun as we analyse just who might thrive in AEW...
