13 Wrestlers In Situations That Scared The Sh*t Out Of Them

9. Having To Take Big Show's Moonsault

That's right, Paul 'The Big Show' Wight used to do a moonsault. He was actually one of the most athletic men in WCW's power plant developmental system. He weighed a lot less back then, but he was still a giant, so there's was no way you'd actually want to take a moonsault off him. It fell on some unlucky souls to take the move, watching as The Giant's weight flipped down on to them. He was proud of the manoeuvre, he felt it stood him out, it was pretty unheard of for a giant to be doing a lucha move. Ultimately, when Paul Wight debuted on WCW's main programming, officials decided they wouldn't allow him to do the moonsault. Quite rightly, they decided it was too dangerous for the man taking it. That view remained until one night it was suggested that Show use the spot in a match with Kevin Nash. Can you imagine the reaction of Big Sexy? He responded, "No offence, but I'm not taking that." Hence we never got to see the fabled Giant moonsault - and we never will given Show's considerable weight gain over the years. However, it might have looked something like this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HO6eb8dBLmQ
