20 Most Iconic WWE Wrestlers Of All Time

6. Ultimate Warrior

When discussing wrestlers who could match Randy Savage for intensity, the Ultimate Warrior is one of a select few. As soon as the Warrior smashed his way into the then-WWF, he was a hugely popular star who captivated audiences with his all-action, energetic persona and moveset. It didn't take long before he started to rise up the card, at first progressing to Intercontinental Champion before he found himself on an inevitable collision course with Hulk Hogan. Not content with being one of the most popular superstars that the WWE has ever seen, Ultimate Warrior was the first person to really get a clean 1-2-3 over Hogan in the WWF. It was literally something that didn't happen. One of the most iconic moments of WWE history was the 'Ultimate Challenge' at WrestleMania 6, with Warrior's win adding further to his legend. As far as icons go, the Ultimate Warrior is a wrestling icon for the intensity, energy and electricity he brought with him, be it his smash-mouth in-ring battles or his bellowing, often erratic promos.
