13. The Harris Twins Vs. Shawn Michaels (1995)

WWE

On 5th October 1995 at Madison Square Garden, whilst his Kliq buddies were on a different tour, Shawn Michaels got a little too smart for his own good with the Harris twins, Ron and Don.

The duo, on their way out of the company a week later having recently handed in their notice, discovered that Michaels had openly mocked their performance that night against The Smoking Gunns by commenting that they wouldn't be missed when they left. Ron was particularly annoyed about the remarks, but the pair in general were already sick of Michaels' attitude.

With their impending departure freeing them from any repercussions, the twins seized the opportunity to confront Michaels alone. Acting quickly while Shawn showered, Don spotted a chair in the corner of the room and made his move, lodging it under the locker-room door handle to barrack it shut; the twins wanted to deal with Michaels alone.

When Shawn exited the shower, Ron darted forwards and lifted him up by the throat, then aggressively slammed him against a wall, daring Michaels to say something else derogatory to his face. Shawn realised he was in danger, and for once in his life, wisely kept his mouth firmly shut. Yet Ron wasn't finished, bellowing, "You know what? I would beat the f**k out of you m**********r, but you are such a piece of s**t that you ain't worth my time."

With that, the twins slapped the petrified Michaels hard across the face before letting him go.
