6 Ups And Downs From Last Night's WWE Raw (Feb 2)

Remember when you were younger and were in the backseat of the family car on trip you really didn€™t want to take? You knew the destination€™s main attraction was going to be a disappointment, but ultimately you had a choice: Let that fact ruin the trip, or accept the premise and try to make the best of things, looking for positives throughout the journey. Such is the 2015 Road to WrestleMania. Many fans have written off the main event of WrestleMania XXXI (sorry, WM €œPlay Button€) because it doesn€™t include Daniel Bryan or any other major fan favorite, instead forcing Roman Reigns upon us. Reigns is a big part of WWE€™s future, but many feel that it€™s too much, too soon. But should that feeling derail everything about WrestleMania this year? Last year, fans managed to change the course of WWE through sheer willpower, but company higher-ups seem determined to stay the course this time. So, fans have a choice: Let WWE€™s determination to put on a Reigns/Brock Lesnar main event ruin the Road to WrestleMania, or make the best of the journey by enjoying what often is the height of the company€™s storytelling prowess. Monday Night Raw set several programs into motion, both for WrestleMania and the more immediate PPV, Fast Lane. If you can get past the concept that Roman Reigns is going to Mania, this was an entertaining program, with solid matches and good angle advancement. But as always, WWE seems to be its worst enemy in other areas, and the company€™s track record of late leaves little confidence. Let€™s see if this is ride is off to a good start€
