Recently, sources such as PWInsider and the Wrestling Observer Newsletter have suggested that WWE are gearing up for another Superstar Shakeup after SummerSlam. Yes, not even five months after the first one, WWE seem intent on doing it again.

However, that’s only half of the big rumor; according to the Observer, there’s a chance some stars who haven’t been getting pushes on the main roster will be moved to NXT in order to be better utilized.

With WWE’s huge roster, there’s a plethora of guys and gals on both main roster shows who haven’t been used to the best of their abilities. If this rumor is true, it could mean wonders for any number of superstars currently languishing under the eye of Big Vince. Folks such as Zack Ryder and Emma were bumped down to NXT where they carved new niches for themselves, which fostered new main roster runs. If it is the case that Vince is going to bump down people he has nothing for to NXT, here's where he should start, as these are the ones who could use it the most.

8. Emma & Dana Brooke

Emma never seems to be able to find any luck on the main roster. Twice now she’s been called up from NXT, but in both cases, the big league either has no ideas for her, or they’re actively disinterested in featuring her as a wrestler. Plus, given Emma’s recent calling out on social media, she does not seem happy about her situation.

Dana, meanwhile, has been exhibit A in the case of someone called up from developmental way before she was ready. At first heavily pushed thanks to her look, her greenness halted her momentum, and now she’s languishing as a third-string babyface.

If Dana and Emma were sent back to NXT, they could rekindle their alliance from 2015. Granted, NXT already has a mean girl alliance with Billie Kay and Peyton Royce, but given that Asuka is still running roughshod over the division, Emma and Dana could add some high-profile fuel to the fire. Plus, seeing as how Asuka’s first two Takeover matches were against Dana and Emma respectively, rematches would be fun callbacks to NXT’s golden era.
