Ever since it was launched in 2014 ahead of WrestleMania XXX, the WWE Network has divided opinion to say the least. Those hoping it would become a catch-all hub for professional wrestling have been somewhat disappointed, as WWE has been slow to add past content to the network over the last couple of years. The documentaries and original content that added value to the 9.99 have also slowed down somewhat, adding coals to the fires of discontent.

Those in favour will say that what you get for 9.99 is incredible, the sheer amount of archived content from WWE, WCW, ECW and others. For a relatively small monthly spend you can wake up one morning and think 'you know what, I'd love to see Super Calo vs. Dean Malenko from 1997', and minutes later the goodness is yours.

Dave Meltzer is reporting that major changes are coming to the WWE network however, in the wake of rumours of WWE purchasing the video library of TNA. The addition of TNA's library is just one of many rumoured changes to the network, which are sure to divide fan opinion further.

With the words of Big Meltz in mind, here are the eight biggest changes that could be coming to the WWE Network sooner rather than later.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
