The mystery is over now that Jason Jordan has been revealed as Kurt Angle's son. If you skipped Raw, don't worry, you're not in some kind of bizarro land. That actually happened, and it'll be all guns blazing on a push for the former American Alpha star now he has an 'Olympic Hero' as his storyline daddy.
This isn't the first time Kurt has been involved in a shocking WWE story though, not by a long shot. Over the years, Angle has stunned everybody by attempting to have an affair with someone's wife, borderline stalking another bride, and even having his head shaved bald for the sake of selling a feud.
Along the way, the current Raw GM has also been called upon to flip between babyface and heel, help prop up a failing brand, and had one of the best rookie years in WWE history. Kurt Angle is no stranger to controversy, but that's partly what makes him one of the greats.

8. Kurt Tries To Woo Stephanie McMahon
One of the most likely outcomes to the whole 'Kurt Angle has a long-kept secret' drama was that he'd reveal some kind of affair with Stephanie McMahon from years ago and go on to feud with Triple H. Not only would this have created an easy route for Angle back into the WWE ring, but it would've also referenced a storyline from 17 years ago.
Back in 2000, Kurt tried to muscle into Triple H's business by wooing Stephanie and vying to convince her that she was better off with him. Right before SummerSlam that year, Angle even planted a kiss on Steph after rescuing her from harm, and at one point it looked like the blushing bride of 'The Game' might leave Triple H's side to join Angle.
The love triangle story ended abruptly at Unforgiven 2000 with a Triple H win, but not before WWE dropped some heavy hints that Kurt and Steph might become an item. It was shocking to see an American hero character like Angle try to steal another man's woman.
