4. Brock Lesnar Vs Eddie Guerrero (No Way Out 2004)

Though the feud was rushed, and lost amongst the hype for Brocks upcoming WrestleMania match, his only one on one match with Eddie Guerrero was a brilliant story of cruiserweight vs powerhouse. Working with a smaller opponent he could throw around the ring, brought out the inner beast in Lesnar, while Eddie used his speed and agility to full effect. Guerrero was a different breed than all of Brock's previous opponents. Having previously worked long programs with wrestlers his size or bigger, Latino Heat was a new challenge and Brock held his own with the veteran. Of course the match was interrupted by Goldberg, whose interference fans seemed more excited about than the match, but there would be no cheap finish here. Lesnar kicked out after taking the Spear and almost regained the advantage. Attempting one last F-5, Brock was surprised with a beautiful DDT counter and frog splash that won Eddie Guerrero his one and only WWE Championship. It still remains great to this day.
