Sting To WWE: 10 Ways He Could Debut At SummerSlam

If Sting is going to make his long awaited debut in WWE soon, it needs to be at a big event.

Sting Tna With the news of WWE€™s Sting casting call, wrestling fans can€™t help but when and how the former WCW Champion will debut. If Sting is going to make his long awaited debut in WWE, it needs to be at a big event. It needs to be at a huge event. The biggest event of the summer, SummerSlam. If Sting does indeed debut at SummerSlam, one must wonder how WWE will go about introducing Sting to their Universe. Sting is 55 years old, making his options a bit more limited than 15 or more years ago. Back in WWE's Attitude Era, one would have to expect Sting to get involved in the action. WWE fans have long wanted Sting to face The Undertaker given the similarities in their gimmicks. This match was expected to occur at WrestleMania years ago, but both wrestlers are not in the same shape they were in the late 1990s and early 2000s. So while WWE fans may want to see Sting wrestling, it may not be the best option. However, there are other roles that Sting can be given in the company. From managing a younger wrestler to being general manager of Raw or Smackdown, there are non-wrestling roles available. As we go through this list of possibilities for Sting at SummerSlam, don't forget the whole concept of the casting call. Somehow a number of Sting lookalikes will be involved. Will they be part of Sting's entrance? Will they be used as part of a vignette? Or something more like fooling a wrestler similar to how Doink the Clown tricked Crush at WrestleMania 9?
