WWE: 12 Moments That Genuinely Almost Ended Undertaker's Streak

9. Kane's Tombstone Counter - WrestleMania 14

The first match where it truly looked like Taker could lose, particularly as Kane was an absolutely unstoppable force heading into this matchup. Continuing to live up to that devastating demeanor, Kane would stay equal to Taker for a large majority of the match, and toward the end it appeared that the big red monster was gaining the upper hand. Just as Taker was setting up for his first Tombstone attempt of the match, Kane was able to shift his weight backwards, and in the process, Kane found himself setting up his own version of the Tombstone. He hit it, and it actually looked like they might have handed the win to this up and coming superstar at the time. Instead, Taker sat up and kept going, though somewhat understandably, it wasn't easy for Taker after that point. It took three Tombstones, a flying clothesline, and a leg drop to finally finish off his disfigured brother. His victory celebration was short-lived as both Kane and Paul Bearer ganged up on him post-match, leaving Taker motionless in the ring. In a sign of his innate invincibility on the WrestleMania stage, however, Taker would get back up and just keep going. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O9NCqOPSlk8
