WWE: 5 Reasons A Kofi Kingston Heel Turn Would Be A Good Thing

kofikingston Earlier this week we let you in on the proposed heel turns for WWE's Randy Orton and Kofi Kingston. While Orton's possible turn isn't that remarkable (although it is very, very necessary and long overdue) Kingston's turn has perhaps come as a huge surprise to many fans who still see him as a very popular babyface. You're right when you think that - the fans love him and the snot nosed kids think he's the bee's knees right up there with Rey Mysterio, however here at What Culture we're all for him turning his back on the fans. Here's 5 reasons why Kofi Kingston heel turn is a good idea.

5. Why Not?

kofi kingston Where's the risk? Turning a guy like John Cena would be high risk because it could totally kill the WWE's cash cow and they may never get that back. Kofi Kingston is not one of WWE's top merchandise movers. Turning him against the fans will not create any unnecessary risk in that department for the company. From Kofi's perspective what harm could being a heel do to his career? He's doing zero at the moment in his present role so why not create himself an opportunity to get over and move up the card? It's win win for Kingston because if he fails then WWE can always turn him back.
