WWE: 7 Reasons Why Seth Rollins Joining Evolution Is Best For Business

Wrestling fans love a swerve, and arguably the biggest one of 2014 so far occurred on Raw this past week. With The Shield celebrating yet another victory over Evolution - this time a comprehensive one - on pay-per-view, Seth Rollins delivered the mother of all twists on his compatriots. He mercilessly turned his back on Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose, seemingly joining Evolution in the process. It was a move that caught everyone by surprise, and is no doubt a decision that will provoke a lot of debate amongst wrestling fans. With The Shield at the peak of their powers in the WWE, was it the right time for it to happen? A split between the trio has been discussed and suggested for a long period of time, but they were on such a positive run in terms of popularity. To do it now was a very brave move, and it will have to be handled properly in order for it to be a success. However, the split has happened, and people simply have to accept it. That doesn't mean there couldn't be another twist further down the line, but for now, it looks like Rollins is a fully fledged member of Evolution. It seems like a brave move, but it will definitely pay off. There are a whole host of reasons why Seth Rollins defecting to Evolution is - to coin a Triple H phrase - best for business, and both factions will reap the benefits from it.
