WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Sep 14)

Here comes The Axe, here comes The Smasher, and here comes the worst of the week!

All right, that€™s it, which WWE writer came up with the line €œWhat can I say Chris? It€™s the season premiere?€ after Randy Orton attacked Chris Jericho? Whoever they are, fire them. Right now! I€™ve heard a lot of lame and corny lines while watching wrestling over the years, but that one is near the top. I mean if Orton is going to be that brutal on the season premiere, I€™d hate to see what he does for Sweeps€™ month or on the President€™s Day episode. This week was another crazy one in the world of wrestling. We saw Seth Rollins nearly impaled by a cage, welcomed TNA introduce a one-legged war hero, witnessed Chris Jericho perform his best Peter Griffin knee in pain impression, and sighed as John Cena was tempted by the dark side once again. Was this the time that he would finally tell us all to shut up? Sadly no. Maybe next time! Well, unless you€™re a big arm wrestling aficionado, this may not have been your week. Sure, there€™s always some good stuff to talk about in WWE and TNA, but that€™s not what we€™re here for. This is the bad stuff, and I'd have it no other way. Here comes The Axe, here comes The Smasher, and here comes the worst of the week!

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
