WWE WrestleMania 30: 10 Matches That Would Make The Perfect Event

3. John Cena & Batista w/Hulk Hogan vs. Triple H & Randy Orton w/Roddy Piper

There are all these rumors about Batista vs. Orton at this year's event and while that's what I think WWE is going to do, it's definitely not what I want to do. Instead of that, what I'd like to see is a major tag team match featuring men that have won a combined 45 major World Championships in WWE. No matter what you think of guys like Cena, Batista, Triple H and Orton, the reality is they're going to have a big role on this show. I can't just leave them off the card. That's why I feel the need to include them in the same match. A guy like Triple H isn't going to wrestle much anymore, but his presence at WrestleMania is very likely. In addition to that, I think guys like Hulk Hogan and Roddy Piper should have some kind of role at WrestleMania 30. Put Hogan in the corner of the babyface team while Piper would be in the corner of the heel team. Towards the end the match, there could be a spot where Hogan ends up brawling with Piper outside the ring, then it goes in the ring, he hits the big boot and leg drop (if he can do it) to pop the crowd huge. That could lead into the finish. To make the match even sweeter, there could be an added stipulation that the winning team members have to face off in a WWE World Heavyweight Championship #1 Contender match the next night on Raw. I would have the babyfaces win, by the way. That makes the most sense. An epic tag match featuring former main event players would work very well on a big stage like WrestleMania 30. They don't have to be in major singles matches. This would be one of the three biggest matches on the card, after all.
