It's not happening, so stop whinging about it. There's something irresistibly romantic about the idea of heroes returning to Newcastle more than anywhere else around the country apparently. Perhaps it's because Peter Beardsley, Kevin Keegan and Alan Shearer all came back at various times. Fans have been spoilt, and they now clearly believe that players actually care about who pays their wages. They don't. Cabaye saw Newcastle as a stepping stone, and regardless of what is happening to him at PSG, going backwards will be an admission of his mistake. So put your money on someone else. Or no-one.
