Tony Khan oversees 18 active championships across core AEW programming and the offshoot ROH brand.
In some respects, the once proud standalone Ring Of Honor has become akin to NXT over on the WWE side. It's a sideshow, and gives some overlooked wrestlers somewhere to wrestle without sitting in catering for Dynamite or Collision. However, unlike NXT, ROH isn't really a developmental wing focused on building the next wave of All Elite stars. A quick look at the current champs reveals that.
This up to the minute guide will keep you in the loop if you're a little confused about who's holding some of the lesser titles across Khan's company. There are multiple variations of the Trios belts, for example, and the current "main roster" houses several championships that are only as strong as the wrestlers holding them at any given time. Case in point: The TBS, TNT and National straps.
Of course, like over on the list of every current WWE champion, holding any wrestling title in a major promotion is nothing to be ashamed of. It's a sure sign that AEW management is paying attention to someone's body of work. They're either mid-top line push (say hello to the World Champs) or on the cusp of doing something special with the right booking/patience on the undercard.
Holding gold at least guarantees some TV time too, which is never a bad thing either.

AEW World Champion: Kenny Omega
Since: 8 July, 2026.
Defeated: MJF.
Show: Dynamite: Beach Break.
In total, MJF's third reign as AEW World Champ lasted just 45 days. He beat surprise package Darby Allin to win it at Double Or Nothing on 24 May, then launched into a feud opposite Kenny Omega. Heading into the 8 July episode of Dynamite, All Elite's announcers told fans that this would be a "Last Chance" scenario for Kenny.
He bagged the title yet again to kickstart his own third stint on top of the promotion. That also lined up a delectable bout vs. Will Ospreay for All In 2026. Wembley Stadium in London, England is a fittingly historic venue to host that sort of match.
AEW Women's World Champion: Thekla
Since: 11 February, 2026.
Defeated: Kris Statlander.
Show: Dynamite.
It didn't take long for Thekla to make a splash on the AEW roster when she landed in the company last May. Since then, she's gone on to dethrone Kris Statlander as Women's Champion, which is a huge show of faith in the ex-Stardom worker from boss Tony Khan.
Khan is so impressed by what he's been seeing from Thekla that he decided to hand her a contract extension early to lock her down to a lengthier deal. Things are looking up for her then!
AEW World Tag-Team Champions: Christian Cage & Cope
Since: 24 May, 2026.
Defeated: FTR.
Show: Double Or Nothing.

Narrow your eyes and you'd swear that this was the year 2000 again. Edge...sorry, Cope and Christian (Cage) are tag champs all over again. They bested FTR in a vicious, show-opening 'Street Fight' meets 'I Quit' match at Double Or Nothing. A pre-bout stip called for Cage and Cope to "disband forever" if they lost.
The good news? They didn't, and now they're on top of the tree as tag-team titleholders. We've come a long, long way from both men telling the other "go f*** yourself" when Adam Copeland first became #AllElite after departing WWE.
AEW TNT Champion: Kevin Knight
Since: 12 April, 2026.
Defeated: Pinned Daniel Garcia in a 10-man Gauntlet.
Show: Dynasty.
Kyle Fletcher's misery was ultimately Kevin Knight's gain. He was the guy handpicked to supplant Fletcher as champion when the Don Callis Family man had to vacate the TNT Title due to a serious injury. Seizing opportunity, Kev lastly pinned Daniel Garcia in a 10-man Gauntlet bout at Dynasty to bag the gold.
There was a time when Knight looked like more of a tag-team worker than anything else, but he's turned heads behind the curtain long enough for management to give him a shot as a breakout singles star. His reign could be temporary, but it's a nod of approval from Khan.
AEW TBS Champion: Hikaru Shida
Since: 1 July, 2026.
Defeated: Kris Statlander, Queen Aminata, Persephone, Maika, Harley Cameron.
Show: Dynamite.
Prior champ Willow Nightingale was forced to vacate the AEW TBS Title due to a nasty shoulder injury on the 20 May edition of flagship show Dynamite. Admittedly, management could've kept the belt on Willow during her recovery, but then there was no real way of knowing exactly how long she'd be on the bench.
A 'Survival Of The Fittest' was lined up for the 1 July Dynamite, and it was Hikaru Shida who came out on top in it. Who knows if Nightingale will get straight back into the title mix? Her long-term future is bright. Her short-term future...not so much.
AEW International Champion: Kyle Fletcher
Since: 8 July, 2026.
Defeated: Konosuke Takeshita.
Show: Dynamite: Beach Break.
Kenny Omega's win wasn't the only major title change at the special 'Beach Break' edition of Dynamite in early-July. Tony Khan also elected to put the International Title on comeback king Kyle Fletcher. Injuries won't hold this ex-tag teamer down - he's determined to become one of AEW's premier breakout singles stars.
Konosuke Takeshita had beaten Kazuchika Okada back at Double Or Nothing in late-May to seize the belt, but he was only keeping it warm for Kyle.
AEW Continental Champion: Jon Moxley
Since: 27 December, 2025.
Defeated: Kazuchika Okada.
Show: Worlds End.
Death Riders leader Jon Moxley was the one who benefitted from Tony Khan's decision to split the International and Continental Titles back into 2 separate entities. He toppled Okada at Worlds End as 2025 came to a close, but there has been further news - Mox reportedly knocked back a storyline that would've seen his stablemates turn on him.
That could've led to a Continental Title feud between Moxley and Wheeler Yuta, Daniel Garcia, Claudio Castagnoli or PAC. Hell, even Marina Shafir could've got her licks in on her pal, but Jon was having none of it. He thinks this (death) ride needs to go on a bit longer.
AEW National Title: Mark Davis
Since: 9 May, 2026.
Defeated: Jack Perry.
Show: Collision.
Jack Perry's 55 day reign as AEW National Champion ended at the hands of ex-tag teamer Mark Davis. He's had to sit and watch his old Aussie Open partner Kyle Fletcher achieve greatness in the same company, so this is a lovely moment for Davis.
The burly bruiser has an old-school quality to him that just works, and this will hopefully be the start of his own climb to the top as a singles star. If not, then at least he can say he held the National prize. It's hardly the biggest or best title in All Elite, but it's something.
AEW Women's Tag-Team Titles: Megan Bayne & Lena Kross
Since: 15 March, 2026.
Defeated: Harley Cameron and Willow Nightingale.
Show: Revolution.
Megan Bayne's other partner Penelope Ford was struck down by a horrendous injury in February, so Megan has pivoted to Lena Kross. Together, they beat Babes Of Wrath duo Harley Cameron and Willow Nightingale at Revolution in mid-march. Aesthetically, Bayne and Kross have a well-matched look.
They just fit, and they're worthy AEW Women's Tag Champs. The new titles could use some stability following that first title change. There's no reason to take the gold off this Divine Dominion for the foreseeable.
AEW World Trios Champions: The Conglomeration (Roderick Strong, Kyle O'Reilly & Orange Cassidy)
Since: 12 April, 2026.
Defeated: The Dogs (Gabe Kidd, David Finlay and Clark Connors).
Show: Dynasty.
Gabe Kidd is another who's hit the AEW injured list, so the timing of The Dogs losing those World Trios Titles to Roderick Strong, Kyle O'Reilly and Orange Cassidy couldn't have been better. If everyone's being real, then it's kinda hard to care much about the Trios belts, but at least people know they're guaranteed some fun 6-man tags from The Conglomeration.
Conglomerate congratulations go out to them on securing these prizes.
ROH World Champion: Bandido
Since: 6 April, 2025.
Defeated: Chris Jericho.
Show: Dynasty.
Dynasty 2025 saw a big change on the ROH front.
Popular masked star Bandido defeated Chris Jericho in a 'Title vs. Mask' bout to claim the Ring Of Honor World strap. This is actually Bandido's second reign with the belt - he also enjoyed a 152 day run back in 2021. Jericho's own second stint in the title hot seat began when he beat Mark Briscoe on the 23 October 2024 episode of Dynamite.
Few will be too gutted to see Jericho drop the title at this stage in his career. Rumours persisted for a while that he'd eventually leave AEW and bolt back to WWE for one last run, but that didn't happen in the end.
ROH Women's World Champion: Athena
Since: 10 December, 2022.
Defeated: Mercedes Martinez.
Show: Final Battle.
Athena's is quietly building one of the lengthiest Women's Title reigns in modern pro wrestling history. She's been ROH Women's Champ since late-2022. This either proves that AEW management don't pay much attention to the Ring Of Honor brand, or shows just how accomplished a worker the former Ember Moon (in WWE's NXT) is.
Let's roll with the latter.
Athena probably deserves a bit more screen time on bigger AEW shows than she gets, but she seems content enough to busy herself with HonorClub shenanigans and bolster her title reign further. Surely someone else has to get a shot with that belt at some point?!
ROH World Tag-Team Champions: El Sky Team
Since: 26 June, 2025.
Defeated: Sammy Guevara and The Beast Mortos.
Show: CMLL: Super Viernes.
El Sky Team, comprised of Mistico and Mascara Dorada, toppled Sammy Guevara and The Beast Mortos on CMLL's Super Viernes card in late-June. That brought Mortos and Guevara's own title reign to a screeching halt at the 203 day mark. Hardly a disgraceful championship reign for the stablemates, to be fair.
Let's be honest here (again): Tony Khan doesn't put that much thought into Ring Of Honor content, especially these days. There's a reason why title changes like this one are outsourced to other promotions, put it that way.
ROH World Television Champion: Lio Rush
Since: 18 June, 2026.
Defeated: AR Fox, Action Andretti.
Show: ROH: Global Wars.
The madcap character Lio Rush is playing on ROH screens is very reminiscent of Gollum from Lord Of The Rings. Now, lil' Lio has his own "precious" in the form of the ROH Television Title. He bagged the belt after beating ex-champ AR Fox and the high-flying Action Andretti at Global Wars.
Tony Khan has clearly been charmed by this...interesting gimmick Rush has been working on. It's cool he's been rewarded for putting his all into this.
ROH Women's World Television Champion: Red Velvet
Since: 5 December, 2025.
Defeated: Mercedes Mone.
Show: Final Battle.
Red Velvet started her second run with the ROH Women's TV Title in December last year. Like Willow Nightingale, she was another who ended one of Mercedes Mone's title reigns with a bang. However, Velvet was likely hoping to move up the AEW ladder towards shows like Dynamite and Collision more often than not.
Sadly for those ambitions, she's seen as much more of a ROH stalwart by Tony Khan than anything else. Oh well, a title win's a title win.
ROH Pure Champion: Lee Moriarty
Since: 26 July, 2024.
Defeated: Wheeler Yuta.
Show: Death Before Dishonor.
The ROH Pure Championship tends to stay put on wrestlers for a while. That was the case when it debuted in 2004, and that has certainly been the case since the belt came back (post-2006 unification with the ROH World Title) in 2020. Former champs like Jonathan Gresham, Josh Woods, Katsuyori Shibata and Wheeler Yuta all held the belt for well over 200 days.
Current title holder Lee Moriarty has continued that trend. He beat Yuta back in July 2024, and has locked down a solid niche for himself on the brand heading through the latter months of the year into 2026.
ROH Women's Pure Champion: Deonna Purrazzo
Since: 5 December, 2025.
Defeated: Billie Starkz.
Show: Final Battle.
AEW life hasn't always been prolific for Deonna Purrazzo, and that has left her miffed here or there when speaking to the media about her role in the promotion. Offering an olive branch, Tony Khan made Deonna the first ever ROH Women's Pure Champ at Final Battle.
Since then, Purrazzo has defended her strap against Trish Adora, Billie Starkz (the woman she beat to win it) and Gisele Shaw across various Ring Of Honor shows. Hopefully, this particular title reign ends up satisfying her a lot more than All Elite booking has to date.
ROH World Six-Man Champions: Dalton Castle & The Outrunners
Since: 15 May, 2026.
Defeated: Shane Taylor Promotions.
Show: Supercard Of Honor.
Shane Taylor Promotions trio Shane Taylor (funnily enough), Carlie Bravo and Capt. Shawn Dean revelled in a respectable 259 day run as ROH World Six-Man Champs, but it's all over. Dalton Castle and his erm...boys The Outrunners bagged the straps at Supercard Of Honor.
Being brutally honest, not many fans actually pay close attention to who's holding Honor's version of the Trios Titles, so this reign could fly under the radar. A win's a win though.
